Will Page serves as chief financial officer and a member of the board of directors of Clearfork Midstream. Mr. Page is an accomplished financial professional with over 23 years of investment banking experience advising energy companies in executing M&A transactions and capital raises. Mr. Page most recently served as managing director with Donovan Ventures, where he played a key role in Clearfork’s formation, financing, and platform acquisition. While at Donovan Ventures, Mr. Page acted as financial advisor to companies across the energy value chain, including acting as both buy-side and sell-side M&A advisor and placement agent while sourcing capital from a broad network of lenders, private equity funds, alternative asset managers, and other institutional investors.
Prior to Donovan Ventures, Mr. Page served as a managing director with Ernst & Young Capital Advisors where he led and managed numerous engagement teams for buy-side, sell-side, and capital raise assignments across EY’s globally connected energy investment banking platform. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Mr. Page served in roles of increasing responsibility with investment banking firms including Stephens Inc., Energy Capital Solutions, Citigroup Global Markets, and Sanders Morris Harris.
Mr. Page earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
